If you have an open bite and you put braces, chances are that the bite will open more. Removing teeth permit bite closure. It could be the 1st molar, but often time the premolars are the teeth of choice. Even if teeth are extracted, you may still need an orthognathic surgery.Dr Sylvain Chamberland, Orthodontiste says:
At 24 years old, the prognosis of foreced eruption of impacted canines is very good. It is sad that you loose your front teeth. I hope that you can find an orthodontist that will recommand you a good treatment.Dr Sylvain Chamberland, Orthodontiste says:
It is likely impossible to do such treatment in 9 months. I don't think Invisalign is a good appliance in a treatment of 4 premolar extraction where the goal is to do maximum retraction of the anterior teeth. As for lingual braces, it may be possible, wut it will be very difficult to obtain a good labiolingual inclinationof the anterior teeth.

I understand, but since I work in the entertainment industry as an actress, it would be impossible for me to wear visible braces for more than 9months/1yearis that the only viable option or can I wear for example Invisalign instead of traditional braces??
maybe also lingual braces? is that possible ? or the only way is really the normal one
thank you for the attention

It may take 24 to 30 months. Yes traditional braces is the appliance of choice. To see other exemple visit that link.Anya says:

I have the same problems. I had contacted my local dentist and asked if it's be possible to apply the braces because I have an open teeth like in the picture. Beside, the doctor mentioned me that they would take out the molars before applying the braces. But I don't want them to take put my premolars and molars. I just wanted to apply the braces. Do you think other dentist would have the opportunity to do this for me?I really wanted to have my normal teeth back. Please provide me with some information.
Thank you

It may not be necessary to do sympphyseal distraction to gain space to place an implant to replace the missing tooth and then have the bimaxillary surgery to correct the cl II div 2.I have done some mandibular distraction. It is a good technique, but not an easy one. You may see one my case if you visit my professional facebook page.
Keep in mind that it is possible to obtain a functionnal occlusion with one missing lower incisors.
I hope that help.
Best regards

do orthodontists make grillz?Tania says:
I am 47 years old and have an impacted upper canine in my palette. I still have a baby tooth in that spot.My parents were told I should have braces to bring it down but at the time my teeth were straight and they could not afford it.
Now when I go to the dentist there is always concern that the baby tooth will fall out and the space is not condusive for a bridge.
I went to the orthodontist to see about pulling it down but he said it will likely not come down now and could misalign the other teeth.
If the baby tooth falls out an implant can not be put in unless they remove the impacted tooth.
So the surgeon suggested I remove the impacted tooth and hope the baby tooth will stay in.
Then if it eventually it falls out they might be able to do an implant.
Otherwise a denture. Any suggestions?

I think you should assess the skeletal maturity using the cervical vertebra maturation and the handwrist film. But yeas I would try to do it non surgical.Dr Sylvain Chamberland, Orthodontiste says:
It is sad that during all those years you had several dental treatment to place crowns on your teeth and nobody reminded you that you had an impacted canine that should have been bring into occlusion. The problems you may have with your corwned teeth will liklely not be related to the removal of your impacted canine. However, some dental movements may occur.
